Please be aware of these important dates:

Registrations Close
Teams with less than ten (10) paid players after this date will not be put in the draw.
MIDNIGHT Friday, 24th October 2025.

Compulsory Team Meeting.
A compulsory meeting for the Mixed Competition teams will be held at the Jubilee Park Clubroom on Wednesday, 22nd October 2025.
Attendance is mandatory: a representative from each team must attend this meeting to be included in the competition draw.

Meeting Schedule:

• Teams nominating for the 6:00 PM timeslot must attend the 6:00 PM session.
• Teams nominating for the 7:00 PM timeslot must attend the 7:00 PM session.

Each meeting is expected to last no more than 30 minutes.

Competition Commences Round 1
Wednesday, 5th November 2025.

Last Round Before Christmas, Round 7
Wednesday, 17th December 2025.

First Round Back After Christmas, Round 8
Wednesday, 28th January 2026.

General Bye
Wednesday, 11th February 2026. (JSC)

Grand Final
Wednesday, 18th March 2026.
