Wagga Touch Association General Conditions of Entry

Please be aware of these important dates:

Compulsory Team Meeting.
A compulsory meeting for the Mixed Competition teams will be held at the Jubilee Park Clubroom on Wednesday, 30th September 2026.

Attendance is mandatory. A representative from each team must attend this meeting in order to receive the team nomination invitation.

Meeting Schedule:

  • Teams nominating for the 6:00 PM timeslot must attend the 6:00 PM session.
  • Teams nominating for the 7:00 PM timeslot must attend the 7:00 PM session.

Each meeting is expected to last no more than 30 minutes.

Team nomination invitation will open and be sent to the nominated team organiser
Saturday, 3rd October 2026.

Registrations Close
Teams with less than ten (10) paid players after this date will not be put in the draw.
MIDNIGHT Friday, 30th October 2026.

Competition Commences Round 1
Wednesday, 5th November 2025.

Last Round Before Christmas, Round 7
Wednesday, 16th December 2026.

First Round Back After Christmas, Round 8
Wednesday, 3rd February 2027.

General Bye
Wednesday, 10th February 2027. (JSC)

Grand Final
